The heart of SRI, Jill Strickman combines her warmth and empathy with vast experience in casting and research to partner enthusiastically with your brand. Real people and testimonial casting comes naturally to Jill, whose ease and vibrancy attracts dynamic people to every facet of her life. A born strategist and entrepreneur, Jill prides herself on being able to use both her heart and mind in her work. Along with her incredible staff, she continues to build long-term relationships with clients.

Sally Nolting is the executive producer at SRI. With more than 20 years in the advertising and film industries, she has worked extensively in the US and internationally, and built a stunning portfolio working on high-end products, with top agencies, and A-level directors. Sally brings the type of razor-sharp intuition needed with real-people casting, and invaluable production skills that only come through experience. Whatever your casting needs she will work with you to strategize, and help find the best possible way to achieve your project needs.

Smart, strategic, and intuitive, Jennifer has been with SRI since 1999 as a casting director and talent recruitment expert. Jennifer’s warm and positive demeanor, coupled with years of experience, makes her a master at connecting with all types of people; she has the savvy to negotiate the sensitivity of interviewing doctors and patients, the ability to put children at ease in front of the camera, and the unquenchable curiosity to hear people’s stories. Musically inclined, Jennifer is also a performer, voice teacher and has her BFA in Musical Theater.

Paige is more than an extraordinary Casting Director – she’s a powerhouse. Since joining SRI in 2004, she’s cast real people for market research campaigns, TV commercials, print and television campaigns, and reality TV. Paige’s experience with casting, combined with her engaging and captivating demeanor, can make her a real asset for your account – she can get anyone to tell her (just about) anything. Paige is also a master at working with and casting professional actors for television commercials and independent films. The most recent indie film she cast was seen at The Sundance Film festival last fall. When not casting, she is a performer, writer, and filmmaker.


You could say that Gina was raised on television, as her career got an early start working on documentaries for WHYY Public television in Philadelphia, and went on to build an impressive resume working on national and international television, film and documentary projects. During her early career, she worked with many award-winning directors in the film industry, including the prolific Jonathan Demme. Gina joined SRI in 2010 and her amazing interviewing techniques, authentic communication style, and wealth of experience make her a natural casting director and expert interviewer. Gina received her BA from Temple University’s Radio-Television-Film program.

For almost a decade, Kyle has steeped himself in the casting world working with a host of agencies, production companies, on various studio and independent feature films, and several well-known directors, such as Spike Lee. Kyle has been part of the SRI family since 2011, and his delightful manner, efficient style and years of experience have made him an asset to our team and our clients. He has an incredible skill in casting SAG, non-union, real people, and beauty projects; some of his favorites include Time Warner Signature, Apple, and Pantene. In addition to his breadth of experience in casting, Kyle is an accomplished writer, director and producer, helming the internationally award-winning TV Pilot Astoria Queens, which was distributed in the UK by Peccadillo Pictures.


At the helm of mission control for SRI, Susan is an efficiency expert with almost a decade of administrative experience and know-how. Her amazing efficiency skills, coupled with her industry know-how make Susan the ultimate problem solver and SRI relies on Susan’s ability to solve any problem she encounters.
